  • 1. The warranty period of production line is one year.（Except for man-made damage）

    2. Engineers with many years of relevant experience are responsible for the installation, commissioning services until qualified acceptance, equipment into production status.

    3. Regular inspection service to ensure long-term stable and smooth operation of the equipment.

    4. For domestic market: in order to ensure your continuous production, at any time (including holidays), you can contact our service engineers immediately once your equipment in trouble, we guarantee our full-time service engineers arriving your site or give solution within 24 hours (same province) 48 hours (outside the province) after received your trouble call, except for force majeure reasons: such as war, earthquake, flood caused traffic disruption.

    For foreign markets: we will train customer operators how to use and maintain our equipment, and we promise to provide one year of wearable spare parts and life-long after-sales service. If the warranty period exceeds, we provide spare parts to customers at cost price. If necessary, we can send professional engineers to the customer site.

    5. Adequate spare parts inventory. In order to reduce the cost of customer's spare parts inventory and provide better and faster service, we have prepared enough spare parts for inventory. Therefore, the spare parts required by the buyer in maintenance or repair can be provided quickly at any time.

  • 6. Engineering department (after-sales service department) is a professional department responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance of products.
